At our Sabo Academy, we continue to see to Sabo product quality thanks to the work of Massimiliano Balardi, Sabo’s Quality Manager.
Following the video explaining the internal procedures adopted for controlling our components, this video is dedicated to the basic controls our operators carry out when receiving materials and semi-finished components. These checks are regulated by procedures that indicate what needs to be checked, how it needs to be check and to what extent.
The components shown in the video are critical for the proper operation of our shock absorbers, which is why they are supplied by highly qualified and specialised companies. We perform rigorous tests based on the drawings that we sent to our suppliers, check measurements and control the quality of materials and processing, as well as their strength and wear.
In addition to the controls carried out when receiving materials, we also perform controls during processing to check compliance with quality standards.
