Vignola, Modena. Sa-Ba Ricambi (Spare Parts) is a well-established firm in the industrial vehicle sector and an outstanding partner when it comes to the sale
of Sabo brand products. Founded in 1986 by Maurizio Uguzzoni and Paolo Fraulini, the company soon managed to achieve a solid, leading position among heavy duty vehicle component dealers. Market development was aided by sales strategies that focussed on customer service. Today, now that Fraulini has retired, the partners are Maurizio and his daughter Barbara. They are supported by four representatives, a two-person delivery team and two internal managers.
«We sell spare parts for both Italian and foreign vehicles. We’re also able to rebuild parts that are no longer in production and this has allowed us to develop supply contacts with all EU and non-EU countries. Our specially dedicated software allows us to seek and find spare parts from all makers, plus made-to-measure parts», explains Maurizio Uguzzoni. Axles (fixed and steering), suspensions, engines, clutches and gearboxes, braking systems, silencers, tow bars «that we can have delivered to garages and workshops in a matter of just a few hours».
Relations between Sa-Ba and Roberto Nuti Spa extend beyond the purely professional: «Over the years a rewarding relationship of friendship and mutual esteem has come into being. That relationship is strengthened by the quality of our work and their products, especially shock absorbers and suspension systems. In 2013 we hope to add the Group’s latest products to our range: heads and tie-rods for steering and suspension, torsion bars and replacement rubber bushing kits».
Looking to the future, Maurizio is optimistic: «Our ability to achieve success on the market, combined with the quality of our suppliers, ensures that garages and workshops supplied by us can count on a highly competitive service that provides a real-time response to the needs of even the most demanding customers».
