During the year 2012 our company celebrated its first fifty years of activity. The last issue was in fact dedicated to our jubilee (if you missed it you can download it from the sabo.it website) and there was a special logo as well as a party at our main site. We were quite moved by the many displays of affection and respect that we received at that event, which highlighted the team spirit uniting our big family.
It is then with happy memories that we are ready to face 2013 with renewed enthusiasm. In particular we will be looking at the potential in growing markets such as those in Asia and South America, hoping all the while that our beloved Italy will get back on its feet and return to its position as a frontrunner. The tradition of quality mechanics and the important contribution offered by our land to technological progress are the strong points that increase our trust. And it is with confidence that our group is ready to deal with whatever challenge we come up against.
As you know, at the last edition of Automechanika in Frankfurt we presented a new product range: heads and tie-rods for steering and suspension, torsion bars and special rubber bush kits. Following on from the Sabo shock absorbers and the ever more popular air springs, we have continued to make the Sabo brand product ranges more comprehensive all the time. It’s a brand that is respected by clients all over the world for its good cost/quality ratio, reliability and for the services provided by our company thanks to half a century of experience. Mupo, the youngest of the companies that make up our group, has also been extremely busy, presenting new products for
the market of motorcyclists – this is covered in the following pages.
